Faulty items: If your item arrives faulty please get in touch with us as soon as you receive the piece and we can accommodate you. If your item breaks / appears faulty after the 7 day returns period please email us so we can get to the bottom of it!

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat and harsh chemicals (such as perfumes and cleaning products). When not in use, store in a dry place like the box provided. Sterling Silver may tarnish over time. Polish gently with a soft jewellery cloth to restore its shine.
