Returns

Because each piece is handmade by our small team, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you’re welcome to return it for a refund, provided the piece is unworn and in its original condition.

Returns requested after 7 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Faulty items

If your piece arrives faulty or develops a fault, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Send us a photo or video of the issue and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

If your piece breaks or appears faulty after the 7-day return period, please still contact us, we’d rather take a look and get to the bottom of what happened than have you sitting there with a broken piece.

As our pieces are handmade, minor variations and signs of the making process are not considered faults.
