Faulty items: If your item arrives faulty please get in touch with us as soon as you receive the piece and we can accommodate you. If your item breaks / appears faulty after the 7 day returns period please email us so we can get to the bottom of it!

• Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 5–15 business days for your piece to be crafted before shipping.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.
